Method of Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients, and refrigerate one hour.

Ingredients:
3 cups yogurt
20 fresh dates, pitted and quartered
2 sliced bananas
10 strawberries or apricots, chopped
5 tablespoons granola
3 tablespoons date honey (Silan)
