Breakfast Date

This recipe serves: 3 people

Method of Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients, and refrigerate one hour. 
The granola softens and expands, creating a 
satisfying and healthy breakfast. 


Optional: garnish with toasted sesame seeds.

3 cups yogurt
20 fresh dates, pitted and quartered
2 sliced bananas
10 strawberries or apricots, chopped
5 tablespoons granola
3 tablespoons date honey (Silan)
