Jordan River Date Spread

While used principally in the baking industry as a cake filling, date spread is a perfect complement to cookies, pastries, sweet rolls, and as a tasty addition to fondues, dessert sauce, confections, sorbets, snacks, drinks and sandwich spreads.
Date spread does not liquefy at 200-220ºC nor is it absorbed into dough. Thus, baked goods producers can use 30-50% less and get the same rich, delicious results.
Produced of a medley of Jordan River date types combined with sugar and preservatives, Jordan River Date spread comes in a wide variety of packages ranging from consumer cup of 450 g for domestic use and up to a 22 Kg bucket, for Catering and Industrial use.
