Dates filled with Goat Cheese
This recipe serves: 5 people
Method of Preparation:
1.Heat oven to medium heat (170 Celsius).
2. Fill each date with cheese, generously.
3. Dip each filled date into the nuts, season with pepper.
4. Place carefully on baking tray.
5. Bake about 5 minutes, until the cheese turns
a warm yellow color.
10 Medjoul dates, pitted
10 slices of soft mild goat cheese,
about 1/2cm thick
100 gr. chopped pistachio nuts,
pine nuts or pumpkin seeds
Freshly grated black pepper
